Contrary to the popular belief, depression is not just a problem that lies in
the brain but it is the ailment that includes all the bodily systems. Simply
put, depression is a whole-body illness that involves the body, mind, and
thoughts. The condition affects the way you eat and sleep, the way you
experience and feel about yourself, and also the way you precise about the
